Papa’s Got Jerk brings healthy, fresh Jamaican food to St. George and all of Southern Utah—bold island flavor rooted in family tradition and made from scratch with real ingredients. Founded by Cheryl as a tribute to her father and her Jamaican upbringing, this is legacy-on-a-plate cooking you can enjoy however you need it: on-the-go from the food truck, set up for your event with catering, or ready for the week with Irie Eats pre-prepared meals.
